Canadian films at the 2011 film festival

The Toronto International Film Festival has supported Canadian cinema since it's inception in 1976. It's a tradition that's continued to today with its 'Canada-only' programs:

• Canada First!
  
• Canadian Open Vault
• Short Cuts Canada

As well, Canadian films have also joined the ranks of other international programs:

• Gala Presentations
  
• Special Presentations
• Contemporary World Cinema
• Vanguard
• Masters
• Real to Reel
